Day1: Marrakech – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou 200km)

HB. Arrival in Marrakech, airport reception and private transfer to Ouarzazate crossing the Tizi’n’Tichka Pass (2260m) along a panoramic road surrounded by ancient Kasbahs and Berber villages. Visit of one of the most peculiare and precious kasbah, located in Telouet and belonged to the infamous Pascha Glaoui. Journey continues towards Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, UNESCO HERITAGE, still inhabited today and made famous as set for cinema and tv productions such as Gladiator and Game of Thrones. Transfer to a riad in Ouarzazate, dinner and overnight stay.

Day2: Ait Ben Haddou – Tinghir (195km)

HB. Traditional breakfast and departure for the spectacular Todra Gorges. Visit of Ouarzazate Kasbah and lunch during excursion. In the afternoon, transfer along Todra panoramic route to Tinerhir town, also the administrative centre of the region. Arrival in Tinghir. Dinner and overnight stay in a hotel.

Day3: Tinghir – Zagora (240km)

HB. Traditional breakfast, departure for the panoramic route that will lead us to Zagora. Lunch during the excursion. Afternoon arrival in Zagora. Visit of this city founded by the French during the Protectorate and historical crossroad for caravanes heading or returning from the desert. Very famous the hadpainted sign indicating the days missing to Timbouctou (52 days by camel).Dinner and overnight stay in selected accomodeation.

Day4: Zagora – M’hamid (97km)

HB. Traditional breakfast. Morning visit of Zagora large palm grove. Afternoon departure for M’hamid, the last oasis before the desert and frontier village, formerly a place of rest for the many caravans headed to Mali. Today the oasis is a small center that has become famous as access point to the great Sahara where high dunes await us (2hours 4x4 transfer) together with the basic desert camp. Typical dinner to the rhythm of nomadic music around the fire and under the stars. A great travel experience.

Day5: M’hamid – Tata (265km)

HB. Traditional breakfast and return to the asphalt from Foum Zguid, ancient track made famous by the passage of Paris-Dakar Rally; stop in Taznakht, the village of the most famous Berber carpets. Lunch in the village then the journey resumes along the very suggestive mountain landscapes leading us to Tata Valley, praised in his writings by Charles De Foucald. Tata is home to a lush palm grove and the popular ancient Zaouia Agadir Lhena. Dinner and overnight stay in a traditional home. 

Day6: Tata – Igherm (174km)

HB. Traditional breakfast and departure for Taroudant, along a modern road built in 1988, which crosses the Anti Atlas and displaying unexpected landscapes and berber villages. Stop in Igherm for lunch and a visit to the ancient granaries. On the way to ourdestination you’ll admire several argan fields and ancient villages. Arrival in Taroudant, splendid Moroccan town embraced by its ocre bastions surrounded by green. Because of the lively souks it is also known as The Little Marrakech. Dinner and overnight stay in Taroudant.

Day7: Taroudant – Marrakech (262km)

Breakfast. Departure for Marrakech. Afternoon arrival and transfer to the airport 3 hours before departure. End of services.
