1st day: Marrakech – Tizi’n’Tickha –Telouet Kasbah – Ouarzazate area, 180 km

Half board. Reception and private transfer to the South, through the hill of Tizi-n-Tichka (2260 mt), along a panoramic road studded of Berber red and grey clay villages at the hills’ foot. Visit to one of the most particular Kasbahs that you’ll ever see: Telouet, which used to be the principal residence of Al Thami El Glaoui, Marrakech pasha. The Pasha served first the sultan and then the French colonizers in 1912. All his treasures were ransacked from 1952, when the descendants were exiled. The whole area is rich of agriculture and of unforgettable landscapes: palms, fig trees, olive trees, and almond trees all irrigated by the Wadi Ounila create a relaxing and unforgettable landscape. Continuation to Ouarzazate. Supper and overnight stay in a typical riad.

2nd day: Tamdaght- Ouarzazate – Skoura palm grove – Roses valley, 112 km

Half board. Departure for the Roses valley, passing through Ouarzazate, famous and well-known for the movies shot in its center. Pursuance for the magnificent Skoura palm grove. Departure for unusual villages; one of these, Toundout, preserves a Kasbah full of decorations. Continuation along the Mgoun wadi and visit of the Damask roses’ village, where, in May, essences, perfumes, oil and rose water are produced and a festival is celebrated. Supper and overnight stay in a Kasbah.

3rd day: Roses valley – Alnif – Tazzarine – Zagora, 300km

Half board. Departure for the Toudra gorges, stopping in Alnif and Tazzarine, where palm groves and rock deserts stare at us. Arrival in Zagora, dinner and overnight stay in a riad in the heart of the palm grove.

4th day: Zagora – Draa Valley – M’hamid & desert experience, 250km

Half board. Direction M’Hamid through the Valley of the Draa, coasting the 200 km palm grove, ancient area inhabited by soldiers of prehistoric epoch, today rich of ksour (districts) and Kasbah (castellated barns). We highly recommend having a picnic inside the Zagora palm grove to enjoy of the calm and of the natural Dades shore’s beauty.
Continuation to Tamegroute, small center characterized by an inhabited underground Kasbah, the zaouia and a library, which guards ancient Koran texts in gazelle skin. Arrival to the last oasis before the desert. Today the oasis is a small center well known for being a point of departure for the great Sahara. The high dunes will wait for us while, after two hours on sand, we will arrive in the desert basic camp. Supper, bonfire and traditional nomad music under the stars. A once in a lifetime experience. 
Possibility of overnight stay in a lux desert camp for an outstanding experience.

 

5th day: M’hamid desert – desert excursion – Foum Zuid – Taznakth – Fint oasis – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou, 250km

Half board. “Desert experience” with our jeep. We will re-find asphalt only in Foum Zguid, ancient track made famous by the Rally Paris-Dakar. Stop in Taznakht, the village of the most famous Berber carpets of the whole Country. Supper and overnight stay in Ait Well Haddou / Tamedaght in a Kasbah.

6th day: Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech – Flight, 180km

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport. End of our services. (The return flight must be in the afternoon)
Possibility of extension of your stay in Marrakech in a riad or a B&B
